Salary History Log

This log can be seen when user access the salary history row data.

Fields

Here's the explanation of the fields in the salary history log report:

  1. NIK: Employee Identification Number, which serves as a unique identifier for each employee.
  2. Name Employee: Full name of the employee.
  3. Tahun: Year of the related salary period.
  4. Date: The date when the salary log data was entered or recorded.
  5. Last Updated on: Date of the last update or modification of the data.
  6. User Updated: User who updated the employee salary data.
  7. Basic: Basic income or base salary of the employee for that period.
  8. Basic Last Month: Basic income or base salary of the employee for the previous month.
  9. PhDP (Penghasilan Dasar Pensiun): Basic pension income received by retired employees each month.
  10. PhDP Last Month: Basic pension income for the previous month.
  11. PhDP Max: Maximum limit of the basic pension income.
  12. Last Updated by: Name of the last user who performed the update or data modification. :::
