Outpatient Business Process​

Medical Reimbursement is a module that functions to input any employee reimbursement in the medical area that will be funded by the company under certain conditions. Reimbursements of several kinds are calculated differently; in essence, there are costs that the business replaces and costs incurred by the employee. The expense will be divided 9:1 according to the typical computation. 10% of the expense is shared by the employees.

Medical Reimbursement Request devided into 2, namely:

  1. Medical Request
  2. Hospital Request

Medical Request​

is used for outpatient condition where employee went for doctor visit that does not happen in hospital or medication payment.

2 main roles of this module is employee (basic user) and Human Resource (HR), the process of reimbursement starts from employees that input their medical reimbursement request (The transaction of the medical issue has to be done before the employee request the reimbursement)

Hospital Request​

is used for inpatient condition or laboratory products that usually only could be provided by hospitals.

2 main roles of this module is HR User Hospital that responsible for hospital issues of the employees in some companies of Kompas Gramedia and HR Hospital Admin which responsible to check the requests and follow up the reports, the process of reimbursement starts from HR User Hospital Admin that input employees hospital reimbursement request (The transaction of the hospital issue has to be done before the hospital request the reimbursement)

Medical User (employee)​

This user has access to the following features:

  1. Medical Request
  2. Medical Data History

Medical Admin (HR)​

This user has access to the following features:

  1. Master Data
  2. Category
  3. Medical Request to Approve
  4. Cash Proof Data
  5. Medical Cash Proof Generator
  6. Medical Data History
  7. Medical Bank Transfer

Hospital User (HR)​

This user has access to the following features:

  1. Master Data
  2. Hospital Request
  3. Hospital Data History

Hospital Admin (HR)​

This user has access to the following features:

  1. Master Data
  2. Hospital Request to Approve
  3. Cash Proof Data
  4. Hospital Cash Proof Generator
  5. Hospital Data History
  6. Hospital Bank Transfer
  7. Hospital & Medical Payroll Report
