Contract Temp Attribute

General Description​

Contract Temp Attribute is the feature that usually used to import the data from other sources like SAP. Because of there are still some adaptation in Kompas Gramedia subsidiary, there are some subsidiary which still using SAP ERP or manually inputed system instead of Odoo. The data that is imported will still be generated by the system that has been built by Odoo Payroll KG.

Contract Temp Attribute Create Dashboard

To generate the employee's name and its company, the system will check it from the inputed NIK. If nothing matched the inputed NIK, then the employee and company fields cannot be filled. On the other hand, if there is matched NIK in database, then the system will generate the Employee's name and company automatically. Here is the example of successfully created Temp Attribute.
