Bukti Kas
Cash proof, or cash evidence, is a document or record used to record all cash transactions that occur within an entity or company. Cash proof encompasses all cash receipts and cash disbursements that take place during a specific period of time.
Cash proof typically includes information such as the transaction date, the source or destination of funds, the amount of cash received or disbursed, and a brief description of the transaction. Cash proof is crucial for controlling and monitoring the cash flow within a business, as well as serving as evidence for accounting and financial reporting purposes.
By having complete and accurate cash proof, a company can reconcile it with financial records and track each cash transaction clearly. This helps ensure compliance with established financial procedures and allows for internal and external audits to verify the validity of the company's cash transactions.
There are 2 formats of Bukti Kas report:
- Full Format The full format of cash proof is a comprehensive document or record that captures all essential details of cash transactions, including transaction date, description, source/destination of funds, amount, supporting documentation, and additional notes. It provides a comprehensive overview of cash inflows and outflows, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Pre-printed Form The pre-printed form of cash proof only displays select elements that are dynamic or frequently subject to change, such as the total amount, period, and additional description. This form is necessary because companies often use their own pre-printed paper that already includes fixed content like titles, columns, or additional descriptions, which rarely need modification.
