Medical Data History
Medical Data History is used for checking the history of medical data. Users only allowed to see their own medical data history. They can look for any medical request which have ever been created and can be filtered by the medical request status. So they can look for all, pending, rejected, and approved medical request history.
The system will generate a report that contains medical data which included in the selected period (start date & end date). Here is the example of the generated report.

The Difference
Other than seeing only one employee medical data history, medical admin could see all employee medical data history in a company.
User side will get data from the active user to fill the company, department, and NIK of the user. Meanwhile, admin side could choose which company, department, or employee they want to look.
Filtering Guide
- To see the report of employees from all companies which the admin handle, the admin could leave the company, department, and NIK fields blank. This the generated report:
- To see the report of specific employee in a specific department in a specific company, the admin could fill the company, department, and NIK fields. This the generated report:
This report is also filtered by date and status, so only the data that included in the selected period and have the equal status that will be generated in the report.
