History Approval

History Approval menu is a menu that shows the history of medical request response from the HR medical admin. This menu automatically group the medical request approval by its status (Approved or Rejected).

The Field Data of History Approval

  1. Medical Request Number (Nomor Penyusun)
  2. Employee
  3. Total Cost of Receipt (Total of each bills & Total of all bills)
  4. Total Cost of Replacement (Total of each bills & Total of all bills)
  5. Total Cost of Employee (Total of each bills & Total of all bills)
  6. Request Status
  7. Created on
  8. Bill Date

The Data Flow

  1. Employee create medical request Employee send the medical request to HR
  2. The data entered the Request to Approve tree (admin side) HR medical admin response the medical request
  3. The medical request data removed form the Request to Approve tree The medical request data entered the History Approval tree and categorized by its status
