Salary Structure contains of various salary rules, each salary structure usually assigned to one company because there are some differences in payroll management of each company in Kompas Gramedia.

Salary structure commonly divided into 2 types. They are monthly and yearly. Monthly type is used to accommodate the salary rules which calculate the monthly payroll (employee payslips). Whereas the yearly type is used to accomodate the salary rules which functioned to calculate the yearly accumulation of each employees.

User access which allowed to write, create and delete salary structures (hr.payroll.structure) is Payroll/Manager.
