Hospital Data History

Hospital Data History is used for checking the history of hospital data. Users allowed to see employee's hospital data history. They can look for any hospital request which have ever been created and can be filtered by the hospital request status. So they can look for all, pending, rejected, and approved hospital request history.

The system will generate a report that contains hospital data which included in the selected period (start date & end date). Here is the example of the generated report.
