Admin HR

The HR admin role can approve applications for changes or additions to profile data made by employees. Apart from carrying out approval, the HR admin role can also carry out rejection. But the PA Admin area between HR admin and Employee must be the same.

To be able to carry out approval or rejection, HR admins can select the HR Self Service module.

On the HR Self Service module page, HR admins can select the Personnel Administration dropdown menu and then select the Employee Request Update by Approval menu.

On the Employee Request Update menu page, a list of employees who have requested changes to their profile data will appear. And there is a filtering feature that makes it easier for HR admins to find companies according to the PA Admin that has been determined.

If the HR admin has selected the list of employees who have submitted changes or additions to profile data. Then approval/rejection can be carried out.
