Upload Journal Entry​

In case of data migration from previous apps to Odoo, Income Statement reports will be moved by upload journal entry and journal items into the newly created Company. Make sure to upload these first:

  1. Departments (In case of hospitality implementation due to department mapped directly to chart of accounts)
  2. Chart of Accounts
  3. Journal settings
  4. Bank Accounts for Journal type Bank

Prepare the journal items for each journal entry with format as below:

The file should be saved in CSV or XLS format.
