Advance Payment Request Process

Advance Payment Request is a payment made by the company when it will purchase goods to vendors before the goods are sent which contains the value of the price of the goods in full or in part.

Advance Payment Request Main Menu​

In the advance payment request module, there are attributes that can be used for document creation.

  1. Create Button: button used to make advance payment requests manually.
  2. Import Button: button used to import an existing advance payment request file and put it in the module.
  3. Export Button: button used when you want to generate all advance payment requests that have been made and download them in excel format.
  4. Search Bar: bar that will be used when looking for advance payment requests more specifically based on user input.
  5. Filters: dropdown menu used to filter advance payment requests based on certain categories.
  6. Group By: dropdown menu used to group all advance payment requests in a certain category.
  7. Favorites: dropdown menu to display advance payment requests that have been favorites of the user.
