General Description​

The personnel action is a function which made by CHR team, to impersonate personnel action process by SAP.

Cancellation of Termination. There are several cases when the employee es already terminated, but the company needs to cancel the employee termination for several reasons. Two reasons that already happened in real life condition:

  1. Employee terminated by Company, need to revise the last payslip to add value(s) into yearly accumulation PPh calculation.
  2. Company cancelled the employee termination due to specific reasons.
