HR Settings - Duration of Service

  1. Initial Date of Employment - initial_employment_date - will be use to save date of employee first join or the start date of the employee's first contract.

  4. Application Date - joining_date - will be use to save date of employee's application submission to company
  5. Facility Date - facility_date

Cases found on User Acceptance Testing:

  1. Currently, initial date of employment should save the start date of the employee's first contract. In case of several employee which join in the middle of the month, (e.g. 15th Feb, 2022) the employee will not be included in the February payslip process. The proportional will be manually calculated by the HR and will be paid to the next month payslip. The employee will be counted as employee at the 1st date of the next month, the initial date of employment will be filled with the 1st date of the next month.
