Add New Business Unit into Pipeline Data​

  1. Add the newly operating business unit into table master company named mst_Company

    Reference on the reference number in table master company:

    • Ref 1: Business code unit for business unit which using General Ledger and FOS
    • Ref 2: Business ID unit reference from Odoo
    • Ref 3: Company ID reference from Performance Management Online (PMO)
    • Ref 4: Business ID unit reference from PMS or Hospitality Suite
    • Ref 5: -
    • Ref 8: Unit ID from CRM

  2. Add new script to execute stored procedure of calculate PMS company productive statistic

  3. Add new script to execute stored procedure of calculate PMS repeater guest

Unit Upgrade from Legacy to Odoo/PMS​

  1. Update the Ref 2 column with Business ID unit reference from Odoo
  2. Update the Ref 4 column with Business ID unit reference from PMS/Hospitality Suite

In case of information migration process is done after pipeline data to PMO period was finished, continue with these process:

  1. Re-execute pull process data financial from Odoo
  2. Re-execute pull process data reservation from PMS
  3. Re-execute pull process data statistic house and statistic company from PMS
  4. Re-calculate data repeater guest, productive company dan productive TA
